Very nice experience. Fanny Cain and Heloise (last name?) were wonderful. They catered to my wife's mobility challenges very well. They were knowledgeable, upbeat, and professional. Great people. Hotel, bus, etc. was wonderful (but the bus was a bit cramped, especially for long rides). Bus driver Olivier was very competent, friendly, and helpful. One suggestion--this was a long tour of 12 days, so I wish there was time or arrangements built into the schedule to do laundry. Laundry at the hotels was prohibitively expensive--almost as much as buying new clothes! Also, as my wife is disabled, she and I (as her accompanying person) could have visited almost all of the venues free of charge. I understand paying some fee for the transportation, tour guide, etc., but I wish there was some way to avoid the full admission charge for the venues that we qualified to enter for free. Besides that, it was a wonderful experience. The food/restaurants were well chosen and good. I look forward to a future trip with Perform International!

Everything was very well organized. The guides were great and there was a nice mix of activities. I would use this service again.
